4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by AVT Social remains the property of the client after payment is received in full, unless otherwise specified in writing. AVT Social retains the right to use client work in portfolios and marketing materials unless explicitly prohibited by the client.

6. Confidentiality

AVT Social agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

AVT Social is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AVT Social operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

AVT Social reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
